The reception staffs were friendly when I arrived. They were very helpful. The room had a good size and included everything I needed. The restaurant was fully booked, so I suggest you book in advance. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and the service good.
I booked a lake view room, but I mostly saw the main building unless I was on the corner of the balcony. It was not relaxing at all.

The king room had a super comfy bed. The restaurant provided fabulous meals. The bar also had a great view over the lake! I really enjoyed the location of the hotel.
I noticed some staff needed extra training in their core roles.
